The organization was initially working for women and child welfare till one of the trustee’s husband got into tremendous addiction problem. He was continuously trying to come out of it but in vain. At that time treatment facilities were improper, no proper hygiene, food and living conditions were much below the standards. So after struggling for 12 years did the family achieved recovery. Experiencing horrifying struggle did this two young couple took the moto of building a treatment facility that could be an abode for people with problem of substance abuse and dependency. With this dream in mind was created PEHCHAN the real identity, because some where the process of recovery is finding out our lost identity and value system.
